Order Cancellation Policy

Cancel quickly before work starts — once files are delivered, cancellation is not possible.

At Threadyze, we provide digital services/files (Embroidery Digitizing & Vector Art). Since our work starts quickly and digital files can be delivered fast, cancellation is only possible within a short window.

Cancellation Window

  • You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After 6 hours, work is usually in progress and cancellation may not be possible.
Note: If we have already started working (digitizing/vector processing), we may offer revisions/support instead of cancellation.

How to Cancel

  1. Email us within 6 hours.
  2. Use subject: Cancellation Request
  3. Include your Order ID and reason (optional).

Payments & Refunds

  • If payment has not been taken yet, there is nothing to refund.
  • If payment was already taken and delivery has not happened, we will process the refund (where applicable).
  • If the file has been delivered, the order becomes non-cancellable.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders are not cancellable after final delivery of files.
  • Orders are not cancellable after approval or when used in production.
