Digital Delivery Method
- Final files are delivered to your email address after completion/approval.
- We deliver the files in your requested formats (e.g., DST, PES, JEF, EXP or AI, SVG, PDF).
- If you need another format or resizing, we can re-export and resend.
Delivery Time
- Delivery is typically fast after your order is processed and confirmed.
- Exact turnaround depends on design complexity and workload.
- We may request clarification (size/format/hoop) before final delivery.
Shipping Fees
- No shipping charges — because delivery is digital.
- No customs, no courier delays, no physical tracking.
