At Threadyze, we provide digital services/files
(Embroidery Digitizing & Vector Art). Since no physical product is shipped and files can be delivered instantly,
“returns” don’t apply like traditional stores. However, we fully support our clients with revisions
and fair refund handling if there is an actual file issue.
Refund Window & Eligibility
- Refund request window: within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refund type: up to 50% refund if the issue qualifies as a file/service problem (below).
- If the file has been successfully delivered, approved, and used (stitched/printed/production), refund is not applicable.
What qualifies as a “file issue”?
- File is corrupted or not opening in the correct software.
- Wrong format delivered (e.g., asked DST but received something else).
- Wrong sizing/hoop size that makes the design unusable.
- Critical missing elements that were included in the confirmed scope.
Note: Most issues are fixed faster than a refund. We first try to resolve by re-exporting,
adjusting size, or providing an alternate format — free and fast.
Unlimited Free Revisions
We offer unlimited free revisions until you are satisfied. Examples:
size adjustment, format change (DST/PES/JEF/EXP etc.), cleanup, or minor improvements.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 24 hours.
- Share your order details and a screenshot/video of the issue.
- We’ll verify and either fix the file or process the eligible refund.
Exclusions
- Change of mind after delivery/approval.
- Creative preference changes after proof approval.
- Third-party software limitations where a workable alternative format is provided.
